What are your underwriting hours?

Our Underwriting Department is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm. ET.

What documentation is needed to submit a deal to AFS and how long does it take for an approval?

AFS needs a credit application and a Buyer’s Order to obtain a structured deal. A Payment Call is sent if AFS receives a credit application only. It takes AFS an average of 30 minutes to an hour to send out a callback or payment call.

How do I know if I am submitting the right documentation when sending in a deal for funding?

Is AFS credit score driven?

AFS does not use credit scores to determine a callback or payment call. Please contact your Account Managers for more details.

Does AFS have a look to book?

AFS does not have a minimum look to book.

What’s the average time it takes to fund a deal with AFS?

It can take as soon as 48 hours for AFS to fund a complete package.
