For your convenience, AFS provides several easy payment options in order for you to make timely payments. You may use any of the options listed below:

Automatic Payments

Sign up with Automatic Payments to make your payments on time, every time and never worry about stamps, checks or remembering when your payments are due—and best of all, IT'S FREE. To sign up for this service simply click here and complete the Automatic Payments Form of your choice and fax it to (954) 615-1601 or email it to info@afsacceptance.com.

Online Payment

Making your payments online is fast and easy. Click on the button below and you will be routed to NCO's secure website to complete the online payment. Please note third party fees apply. Important: Please be advised you will be redirected to NCO's website which is not under the control of AFS Acceptance. AFS Acceptance's online payment service is provided by NCO Financial Systems, Inc. NCO has a separate data and privacy practices that are not under AFS Acceptance's control, and we disclaim any liability for NCO's policies or actions.

Pay by Phone

To use the 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System dial AFS’ Toll Free number at (877) 576-2265, option 1.   If you prefer to speak with a Customer Service Representative during our normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 7:00pm EST, select option 9.  You will need your 9-digit AFS Account Number.  Please note third party fees apply.

Money Gram

To make a payment using Money Gram, you may search for a location near you or make an online payment by going to www.moneygram.com.  You will need AFS’ Receive Code “5372” and your 9 digit AFS account number.  Please note third party fees apply.

Western Union Quick Collect

To make a payment using Western Union, you may search for a location near you or make an online payment by going to www.westernunion.com. You will need AFS’ Code City “AUTOBANK”, State Code “FL” and your 9 digit AFS account number.  Please note third party fees apply.

PayNearMe

Make cash payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at a participating 7-Eleven store near you. Simply download the payment slip or have it sent to your smartphone at https://www.paynearme.com/afs_auto, and take it to the store with your cash payment. Please note that third party fees apply to use the PayNearMe service.

Postal Mail

If you prefer to make your payments by mail, please be sure to send your payment at least 5 business days before your due date to ensure that your payment will arrive on time. You may mail in a check for money order to the address below.  Remember to always write your name and Account Number in the memo section of the check or money order.  Payments should be mailed to: AFS Acceptance LLC P.O. Military Allotment Payment

To make your payments using a new allotment, you will need to do the following:
  1. Complete the MAC-Ease Form according to MAC’s instructions.  You will need AFS’ Credit Code (00469-0000) when completing this form.
  2. Print MAC Ease Form; fax or mail to MAC according to directions on form.
  3. Go the MyPay website (https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx) to start an allotment.  You will need your login using your SSN and you PIN.  If you do not know your PIN, please call MyPay customer service at (888) 332-7411.
